Ways to Give

A gift to the Woodstock Hospital Foundation (WHF) is a gift of hope for future generations. It is a gift that will help create a healthier community and a better hospital for your family, friends, and neighbours. When you support WHF, your donation is supporting the equipment needs of Woodstock Hospital. You are investing in Woodstock Hospital’s legacy as a caring, community hospital and improving patient care for all patients. At WHF you can designate your gift to address the issues at Woodstock Hospital that matter the most to you.

How to Make a Donation

You can make a donation online here, by phone at 519-421-4226, in person by visiting our office located at Woodstock Hospital in M246 or by mail to 310 Juliana Drive, Woodstock, ON N4V 0A4. Please make cheques payable to Woodstock Hospital Foundation.

In Memoriam

Any individual who has cumulatively $1,000 or more donated in their memory will have their name inscribed on our In Memoriam Plaque. A Memorial Evening is held for family members each spring when their loved one’s name is added to the plaque.

Gratitude Giving

Say thank you to the doctor, nurse, or volunteer at WH who provided you or a loved one with exemplary care during your time here. We will be happy to send a card to the person who cared for you to tell them of your gratitude.

Monthly Giving

On the 15th of every month your credit card will be charged a predetermined amount set by you. At the end of the year one tax receipt will be sent to you by the Woodstock Hospital Foundation for your total donations throughout the year.

Tribute Gifts

Celebrate those events that bring us joy, such as birthdays, anniversaries and reunions by making a gift to the Woodstock Hospital Foundation in honour of someone else.

Major Giving

Woodstock Hospital Foundation’s major giving program is defined by donations of $25,000 or more. This level of support makes a significant impact in funding our state-of-the-art equipment.

Stocks and Securities

When you donate stocks or securities to the Foundation, you get a charitable tax receipt for the full value of the donated stock. Download the Letter of Instruction here.

Legacy Giving

As we think about the future, we often consider how we will be remembered once we’re gone. Many of us want to be remembered for making our community a better place. By leaving a legacy gift you are able to support the things you care about most. You can create the foundation for a healthy, vibrant future.
